This is overdue.



I was tsuntsun for this bastard for a while because I'm so hooked on the idea of Romania being a girl, be he eventually won me over and I fell for him pretty hard. ngl though it took finding fanart of the design being drawn as a reverse trap for me to go for it.

NGL, I wasn't quite sure what to think of his design at first - and I was indeed attached to the idea of Romania being a chick, too - but it's grown on me so much. The cute little hat helps. ;p

Not sure who I'd pair him with, though. This needs more thought. :)a

The cute little hat was a major selling point, as well as the reverse trap art. I do wish his hair was darker, though. idk why the meme seems to be considering his canon hair color to be brown; it was kinda highlight-y in that pic, yeah, but it was also the exact same shade as England's, and we all know England is blonde. I think the room was just dark. So it kinda pissed me off when the meme was whining about that biting pic. They'd been begging for Romania + biting kink from the start, then they get it and all they can do is baww about him being blonde in the art when he's canonically blonde anyway? =| wat.

lmao well I shipped Hungary/Romania more or less instantly so that was an obvious conclusion for me. I do want to look into some other options, too, though.

I was pretty sad at first, because I kept thinking of him as a girl (plus I wanted a girl vs. girl rivalry in this series :X), but I've fallen in love with him as well~

He's attractive. And has a cool hat. And looks hot with Hungary.

Well, technically Hungary and Ukraine could work. There was a time period when they fought. But still.

He's hard to not love. Also I don't have my hopes up, but I still kinda think it's possible that he's a she~ The design DOES work for a reverse trap.
